Our Auto Repair Service Advisers

Cobe got his start in our auto repair shop at the age of 15 as he was still in high school. Cobe has always been a young man that everyone enjoys his company. He is genuine and kind. After showing a strong work ethic, he began apprenticing with his mentor Julian that has been with us for many years. Now almost a decade later, Cobe has become an amazing technician and a crucial part of our production team.

Outside of work, Cobe enjoys golf, boating, dirt biking and traveling with family.

Jordyn is the youngest service advisor on our team. When we began planning the expansion to a second Shadetree Automotive location, Jordyn submitted an application and stood out immediately.

Jordyn comes from a great family and was raised to be honest, kind, and hardworking. She is new to the service advisor role, but she comes from a strong background in the automotive world and understands the importance of doing things the right way. From our first conversation with her, it was clear she was young to the industry, but just as clear that she had what it takes to become a great service advisor.

Her core values align closely with ours, and she has taken the responsibility of her role seriously from day one. The feedback we receive from both her teammates and our customers reflects the effort she puts in every day to learn, improve, and take care of people.

We are excited to continue working with Jordyn as she grows her skills, gains experience, and builds a long career with Shadetree Automotive.

Daniel is one of our tenured Service Advisers. Daniel is well versed in all makes and models but is especially passionate about Honda’s. Daniel has an attention to detail and has a way of explaining things that just puts you at ease. If you are a customer that loves to have a thorough explanation and know you have a true professional guiding you, Daniel is the guy you want to ask for.

Outside of work, Daniel and his lovely wife are raising two boys that are into Soccer, Basketball and likely several other sports that keep them busy. Daniel and his wife also have a couple beautiful older Honda’s that they enjoy taking to different car meets.

Ryan joined our growing Shadetree team in 2025. Ryan started as a technician in the early 90’s before moving into a service adviser position. He has spent the last 3 decades working in independent repair shops. Ryan and the owner Tom met years ago when attending the same class and thankfully Ryan jumped at the chance to join our team when he saw we were expanding our operations. Ryan loves people and he loves vehicles. He will treat you the way you deserve.

Ryan recently married his lovely wife and they each brought 5 amazing children (most adults now) for a total of 9 sons and 1 daughter. They enjoy all things outdoors. Hiking. Working on trucks and off roading.

Matt joined our growing Shadetree team in 2025. Matt has over 30 years of experience as a service adviser. Started his career in power sports working at Newgate Honda in Ogden. Spent many years working at a Dodge dealer and a Volkswagen/Audi dealer, before moving into the independent auto repair shop world. Matt is a wealth of knowledge and a great addition to our team.

Matt and his lovely wife have 5 children. Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time at the family cabin and all things power sports.

Sabastian joined the growing Shadetree team in 2025. Sabastian is wise beyond his years. Like many of us here, he started in the auto repair industry as a teenager. Sabastian spent the bulk of his career at a local Nissan and Infinity dealer. First as a Service Adviser and then quickly became the service manager. Sabastian brings a solid knowledge of all things Nissan and Infinity, but more importantly, he loves people and is great at taking care of our clients.

Ashley joined our growing Shadetree team in 2025 to take on a much needed new role in our shop as the Customer Experience Manager. Ashley has an amazing ability to multi-task, organize and communicate clearly. When you walk in the front doors of our office, you will likely be greeted by a beautiful young lady with a smile on her face named Ashley. If you submit an online appointment, you will likely get a quick response from Ashley. We are very grateful to have her on our team and help us exceed the expectations of all our clients.

Outside of work, Ashley is raising two boys that are into all things sports. When not running them around to sporting events, they enjoy hiking and biking outdoors.

Ian is our inventory manager. Our auto repair shop has grown to the point where there is nonstop flow of parts in and out of the shop. Ian is a crucial part of our productivity. He gets parts deliveries checked in properly, accounted for and handed off to the technicians doing the repairs. He also does a great job of getting all parts returned and cores organized for our vendors to be able to pick up and process. This is only a small portion of what he does for us. He also does extended quality control test drives, keeps our equipment serviced and our loaners clean and serviced. Ian has an amazing mind and memory that is very valuable to our team.

Ian is a proud member of the Army reserves. He is also taking classes in accounting.

Outside of work, Ian enjoys all types of games. Video, computer or board games. Anything to challenge his brain and spend time with others.
