They preformed a pre sales inspection on a used car we were thinking about purchasing. They were able to locate a small difficult to find coolant leak (that will be an easy fix) and isolated squeaking noise in the belts (alternator bearing). I was very pleased with what I thought was a through and professional job

Great service and one of the few shops that has loaner vehicles.

Usually take my 2007 F150 to dealer, however they were booked out till late Nov. My 80yo Mother-n-law used them, they treated her fair and did a good job on her vehicle so thought give them a go. Daniel got me hooked up and quick appointment, even got some of my military humor or just laughed along.. either way he was friendly, professional, and went over thorough. Only hiccup I had was a part damaged in shipment, not their fault so delayed a bit, price's seemed reasonable except maybe one area but with inflation right now and shipping problems seemed legit. All and all great experience and will use them again! Thanks and great customer service Daniel appreciate it!

Shadetree did a really thorough evaluation of what was wrong with my car and texted a link so I could review what they found and their recommendations. Then, Daniel talked me through everything and spent a lot of time answering my questions so that I could make an informed decision. This was the best customer service I’ve ever had from an auto repair shop and they are very knowledgeable. Their key drop off and pickup setup, is also very convenient.

Very impressive! I had a check engine light on my Audi. They ran a diagnostic test, and I received a very detailed report with photos of every thing they found and recommended. Never seen that before at other places. The problem was fixed in a day. Russ and Brian were absolutely great to work with. I felt no pressure, they seemed honest and helped me understand alot more about my car than any other place I have ever been. The whole experience was so good!

They charged me $150 and never fixed problem. I am not pleased with having paid that and still have problem.
