The best customer service experience I’ve ever had at an automotive shop. Shadetree was incredibly thorough in their inspection and explained things to me in a way that I actually understood what was going on with my car. They were very transparent in the pricing and helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

I contacted several auto repair shops before reaching out to Shadetree to fix my air-conditioner. Not only was the staff polite on the phone, but they were able to give me a basic overview of their diagnostic process and what they would need to do to locate the issue. No other shop would even attempt to give me information; they all said, "well, it depends." I understand that no mechanic knows what they are dealing with prior to looking at the car but I felt really reassured that Shadetree would at least tell me where they were going to start. When I got to the shop, their service did not disappoint. They were kind and offered me a ride while my car was fixed. Once the technician was able to look at my car, Shadetree emailed me a detailed inspection report WITH PICTURES of the issues that they found with my air conditioner as well as other points that I may want to watch out for based on mileage or what the mechanic saw (your front breaks are wearing thin (again with pictures to verify), your emissions looks to be coming due, etc.). I called back and accepted some services and refused many others and they did not make me feel bad about waiting on some things. Most mechanics try to pressure you into buying additional services now, even when it isn't totally necessary but maybe "preventative". Shadetree fixed my car much faster than they had quoted me. I was able to pick it up the same day and was treated very, very well while I was there. I felt honestly and fairly dealt with the entire time and would absolutely go back. At the end of the day, they left some fresh cookies in my car which is really no big deal EXCEPT for to a mom that went an entire day shuttling kids without her regular wheels. That little touch was just the right way to end the experience. These guys are two thumbs up from me.

What a great experience! I haven’t had customer service like this in a long time. Everyone was happy and pleasant to work with. They even offered to wait 15-20min on a Friday night after closing so that I get up there and pick up my truck because I was unable to do so during the day. The repair cost was also a nice surprise. I had initially taken my truck to a large dealer who quoted me a price, I then called ShadeTree and they were a couple hundred dollars less. Great experience, great work and great people!

For overall experience I give a full 5 stars. Very nice on the phone. They always answer and they always get back to you. I love that they send a list of things with your car in a health report. The Tech Brian was amazing and made sure to answer all my questions. I never felt rushed and my car is doing way better than before going in to ShadeTree! My only complaint is that I see new paint scratches I did not see before but I’m not letting that affect the review because it was parked outside of their shop for two days after it was done. So it could have been from another customer. I will recommend shadetree to anyone who needs a solid mechanic shop!
