My first experience with Shadetree has been great! I took in my Subaru for a random misfire on cold starts, which they could not consistently replicate. They had the car for about 4 days and tried multiple times to replicate it. They eventually asked that I just bring the car back in when it's happening again, but they didn't charge me a dime for the time since they weren't able to fully diagnose the problem. In fact, they sent me home with two cookies... I've never had a shop treat a customer this well, and we'll definitely be coming back. Their prices are great, and their customer service is even better. Highly recommend!
