They took such great care of my car! I went in at the recommendation of a friend, and I am so glad I did! The tires on my car were awful, and unsafe to drive on. When Lisa knew she wouldn't be able to get the car fixed the day I dropped it off, she gave me a loaner car. She even helped me move my car seats from my car to the loaner. My car was good as new the next day, much to the disappointment of my children. They like the loaner car better than ours! This repair center, and the employees went above and beyond anything I've come to expect at other repair centers.

Very professional staff, work environment appears clean and well organized. Appreciated the prioritization of future maintenance on my vehicle. They go beyond the reported issue to look at preventative maintenance and are very agreeable to work with. The cookies are a nice touch too.

They are always very prompt and very courteous I know when I take my car in that they will do the job right the first time and I won't have any concerns later.

During a routine check-up following the lube & oil, they spotted problems with the brakes and , looking at the repair history, noted that there shouldn't be that much wear on them at this point. So when correcting the problem Shadetree used the warranty on their work to cover most of the cost!

Called when I needed a tow and they got me to the shop quickly and safe. I ended up needing new barings they had it done the next morning. Great atmosphere and nice people.

Yesterday I brought my vehicle to shadetree for just a registration renewal/emissions. I did all car related things with them so doing that with them was no question. I arrived for my appointment time and they promptly ran my emissions test which only took 15 minutes. I had planned at that visit to schedule an oil change for my vehicle because I knew it was a little overdue. My husband is deployed so I had been driving his car instead and putting it off. After they did my emissions, the guy who ran it mentioned to Russ that I needed an oil change who then asked me if I knew I needed it. I said I knew and wanted to schedule the appointment. He then asked if I had the time to wait and they would do it right then for me (normally this is a service which I need to leave my car with them all day) which was a HUGE help!!!! I said absolutely. Half hour later, I was on my way home. I was so incredibly grateful that Russ offered to have it done right then. I had my two kids with me too so it just saved me a day of hassle being on my own right now for an oil change. Shadetree and their employees never cease to impress. Thank you, Russ and team!!!!

Alternator died during a storm, Lisa was able to get us in and fixed, plus did an inspection and found other items we had been putting off. Car back the same day.
