Daniel and Lisa and the others who helped fix our transmission were great. I’ve usually had bad experiences with automotive problems but they gave me a nice report of the vehicle with photos, faster than scheduled even, and Daniel answered all of my questions and explained everything to me. They helped me save 3K by finding a good used rather than new transmission, with a warranty, and when my husband and I went to pick it up we noticed how nice their waiting room is and how friendly everyone is- very different feel than most automotive places I’ve been. We will definitely use them again!

Smog check. EVEN THOUGH SAFETY CHECKS ARE NO LONGER REQUIRED,THEY DO GO OVER THE CAR TO SEE IF ANYTHING NEEDS REPAIR ECT. PRICE OF SMOG CHECK BELOW OTHER LOCAL SHOPS.

Shade tree is amazing they ordered and installed a new power steering rack assembly all in a matter of 3 days, I was fully expecting them to take longer but they had it done a lot quicker than expected which is awesome. Everyone there is kind and friendly, would definitely recommend.

They priced my service well, gave me recommendations but were not pushy about it. I got a loaner vehicle until I was ready to pick up mine. It was clean and in great shape. Getting my car serviced did not slow down my day. I wish they could have vacuumed and washed my car before I got it back. Not a deal breaker though. I will continue getting my BMW serviced with them.

I was really excited to find someone that knows and works on BMW’s close to home . I got a diagnostic report letting me know what needed to get done or updated on the car. It was a handy tool that helped me prioritize what repairs were urgent. I had some basic maintenance done and will be returning to finish off the list. The service was great. Lisa was my point of contact and she kept me up to date on the car status throughout the repairs . It is comforting to know that anything that comes up with the car can be done close by, rather than having to drive to the dealership in Salt Lake.
