Dropped off my car being telling the what the problem was and what the car was doing. I was told I would get a phone caller that day. All Friday I heard nothing, Saturday nothing still. It was not until Monday that I received a phone call. Instead of talking to be about the issue the employee wanted to talk about issues that were unrelated. I was then asked questions about the problem then told what |might fix the problem that nothing to do with the issue. I instructed them not to do anything. When I came in to pick up my car instead of letting me pay the fee, which was more insult to injury, the employee wanted to go through a checklist that had nothing to do with the reason why I brought they car in the first place. He was not happy at this and claimed I was being rude and not wanting the car fixed. He expressed his dislike at me taking the car with out it being fixed. I informed him it as all taken care of, asked to pay so I could leave. As he was running the card he inquired who had referred me and if I had spoken to them. I told him yes and left it at that. I was then assaulted by the employee in front of my wife. I noticed my car was never driven and every aspect of my car was looked but the problem I took it in for. I have taken my car else where and had a diagnostic done for free and had the issue fixed within a day. If you like to waste money on pointless repairs, and unless you do what they want. I would advise going to a more knowledge about courteous mechanic. I have already stated my displeasure to more then 5 people and they will not go there or go back to shade tree.
