I appreciate the quick response in picking up a disabled vehicle, but I find the service falling extremely short of expectation. After spending almost $3k and getting less than 3K miles on the repair I would expect a warranty to follow. What makes the situation worse was I was mostly expecting this to happen after informing many individuals that the repair they wanted to complete (for $3k) would fall flat if certain things were not checked on my car. I was assured the engine was fine and the compression rates were good. I am not a mechanic, but I know my vehicles. I chose to have certain repairs done as my time is precious with full time school and work. When I was assured it was a repair worth the price and they would stand behind the repair with a warranty, I expected it to be honored when I sadly had to give the “I told you so” after so little miles. Yet here I am with an additional $80 cost for a “diagnosis” that was nothing more then what I already knew.
