The staff at Shadetree were friendly and helpful from the first phone call until I left with my car. I didn’t know what was wrong with my car, I just knew something was off and didn’t know where to start. Lisa was papient with my vague description, andand recomm I do their diagnostic service. They do a full look over and text you a link with the full details of what they findf and their recommendations. They even categorize them by urgency. This was really helpful, since I’m not familiar with cars beyond the basics. Most places just prattle it off to you and by the time you’re off the phone you’ve forgotten what the problem was. Brian was the tech that took care of my car. He was great. He took the time to explain the issues in my report and help me decide what to do now, and what could wait (I had a lot of issues!). As a woman, it was nice to be treated like a valued customer and educated on my car| something that can be hard to find at mechanic shops. I felt very confidant that the work being done was good quality at a fair price, and actually needed. They also have very nice loaner vehicles, so I didn’t need to worry about getting to work while my car was getting repairs. I’ll be taking my car back to Shadetree again for additional repairs.
