I had an exhaust pipe break and hit the brake lines on my truck, on Highway 89 near Layton, on a Sunday and Holiday, with a camper in tow. I was on my way to a good holiday weekend, but instead found myself stranded on the highway, with my family and our doggie. I was feeling quite unlucky on the side of the road, on a day that everything was closed. But alas! I found Shadetree on Google and used their free towing service. The tow truck came on a Holiday Sunday and took my truck to the shop. I was prepared for a large bill, and I was feeling super bummed about the whole situation. But Shadetree worked quickly and sent detailed pictures of the issues and asked me which items I wanted to have repaired. I loved that they showed me the problems, so I could see them with my own eyes.. These guys didn’t do anything less or anything more than what I asked for, which was a relief, after many questionable experiences with other shops around the valley! These guys never failed to call me with updates! Daniel was so pleasant and kind with me. I was pleased with the final bill, but even more excited that my truck drove like brand new and that they left cookies on the seat!! I never knew this truck could be so smooth or quiet, because it’s always been loud and rough… but after ShadeTree repairs, my truck drives like new! I really couldn’t believe it. 10 out of 10, go to ShadeTree if you care about your car and your wallet, and if you like it when people are nice to you.
