I had a wheel bearing failure on my 2012 Ram 2500. I’m new to Dodge and unfortunately already had a poor experience at a local dealer so I wasn’t interested in returning for this repair. A coworker referred me to Shadetree Automotive and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. Russ and the crews customer service made me as happy as could be possible concerning the cost of repairs and they were more than happy to prioritize repairs so that I was able to decide what to focus on. Nobody was pushy or tried to sell me stuff I knew I didn’t need. My repairs were completed in a timely manner and the warranty offered was a nice suprise. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of vehicle maintenance.
