Water pump failed on my 04 Chevy Silverado called Shadetree and talked to Lisa .Very helpful ! They replaced the pump and during the test drive the tech noticed the thermostat was sticking and after replacing that gething late Shadetred getting ready to close called me td tell me that the truck is running cooler but not to where they would like to run,offered me a loner car,Lisa also kept me ln the loop all this time long story short it was radiator . Shadetred thanks for the red carpet treatment .
