We paid over $1000 last year to have my Honda Odyssey fixed and started experiencing similar problems. My wife took it in because it was still under warranty and was treated very poorly because they “aren’t in the business of taking car of peoples cars.” Hmmmm seems like a dentist saying he “isn’t in the business of taking care of peoples teeth.” They claimed it would be $600 to diagnose and fix the problem because they “assumed” it was not the same problem. I got home from scout camp, googled the symptoms and went to O’Reilly, paid $6 for a part and fixed it in about 1 minute. Needless to say, we are looking for a different Certified Honda “expert”.
