I have been using Shadetree since I moved to Utah over 17 years ago. I trust that when they say something needs to be done, it truly needs to be done. I’ve experienced times when I thought I knew the problem, but rather than sell me a repair I didn’t need, they explained why it wasn’t what I thought, but instead, something much simpler. As they have added new staff at the counter, they make a point of remembering who I am. Their friendliness is genuine. My only concern is they tend to use parts that are a bit pricey, but that is from their desire to minimize future problems.
