Of course I would rather NOT have to send my car to this or any auto repair shop and I was frustrated that I could not figure out the issue on my own… All that said, Shadetree made everything VERY easy for me. Within an hour of calling they had a tow truck here and they started working on the car 2 days before promised. I really like the text communication with the link to their initial assessment explaining everything that was checked and what is recommended. Talking with them on the phone I always felt like they knew exactly what was going on and exactly what I expected. I have not used an auto repair shop for about 20 years and I hope it’s 20 years before I have to use one again, but if it comes up again I will definitely be calling Shadetree again.
