Everyone at Shade Tree was very nice and helpful. Our repair manager communicated with us every step of the way and kept us informed about what was going on. The detail estimate with videos were easy to understand and made the explanations more vivid. The only other place I’ve ever had offer a free loaner vehicle were high end luxury car dealers. The estimates for the repairs were spot on with everyone else we called so I’m glad I went to Shade Tree, their attention to detail in client service makes all the difference.
