I brought my older vehicle here for a check-up/some work I suspected that needed to be done. Working with Russ was great. Once I had the report (which is an amazing product) in hand I was able to do my own research and decide myself what work I wanted them to do and what I would handle. Russ answered all my questions and there was zero pressure to do any work I didn’t want to. Russ would also call every day to give me an update and an estimated timeline. Being my vehicle is older and some of the parts have had time to rust together, there was a slight delay, but I was informed the entire time. The icing on the cake was that I was able to keep the loaner car the entire time as well which made the process all that much smoother. I am definitely a fan of their work and will be recommending them to all my friends/co-workers.
