I have been taking my cars to Shadetree for years. After taking one car to another shop the other shop recommended a transmission service. They then did not refill it properly. I had to get a whole new transmission. The other shops response: That is not our fault. It is your responsibility. I was on the hunt for a new place. Flash forward to now. I took my car in on a Wednesday, they drove it and could not get it to do what I said it did. The techs worked on it for a minute and kept driving it to try to make it do what I said it did. NO LUCK. What did they do? Give it back and say sorry. Nope. They said that last time it came in it was X that was causing it so they warrantied out the part and the labor (replaced it for FREE). Their service is second to none. I know they are a little bit more expensive than the average shop but that allows them to keep the TOP techs in the industry and the value we get is well worth it. Not to mention the entire time they had my crappy 03 Infinity, I had their 2020 Honda. I am their customer for life. Tom, Lisa, Russ, Brian, Daniel, and Justin have ALWAYS taken great care of me. I would recommend them to ANYONE i know (and even those I don’t…you reading this!). Thanks Shadetree!!
