I’ve been bringing vehicles to Shadetree for over 10 years now. I’ll admit they don’t always tell me what I want to hear but I they do tell me what I need to know. They are up front and go into detail about everything they see and do to my vehicles. They make sure that quality of parts and quality of work are high priorities and aren’t afraid to get help from other sources when needed to make sure the job is done right. On top of all that the customer service to me is unmatched in the car repair industry. I’ve never been to another repair shop that offers a shuttle, loaner car, free towing, and fresh baked cookies. They always send thank you cards in the mail, ask for feedback, and from what I’ve seen do a good job of responding to feedback on places like Yelp. Because of the quality of service I understand that they aren’t always going to be the cheapest but they have very fair pricing. It’s always good to know that I have at least one car repair shop to go to that I can trust and rely on.
