Very professional, punctual, detail oriented. Friendly and fast service. Excellent troubleshooting. They were also ok with my decision to NOT have everything done per their recommendations at this point and they didn’t try to pressure me into anything| which I appreciated. They gave me a good understanding of each of the issues, serious and minor, and let me choose what to have them fix. Prices seemed on the high side, but they seem high to me almost everywhere now, so must be I’m getting old!
