We took our Sequoia in and had Shadetree give it a pre road trip health check. I really appreciated the report they sent me once it was done. It made me aware of things that needed to be addressed now, and let me know of the recommended maintenance coming up. I appreciated the educational video clips explaining the what and why of the services. The staff is friendly and helpful, Russ was great to answer all my questions. AND bonus, they have a clean lovely waiting area with cookies!
