I have a 2004 VW Passat with 250 k miles. Over many years, I have had this car in to Shadetree for all kinds of work. They have never left me disappointed. Because I only have one car, I really appreciate the loaner vehicles they make available to me. Service Managers are always courteous and informative. You can find cheaper service but is there work guaranteed? Will they loan you a car while yours is being repaired? Even the dealer won’t do that. Plus I get fresh baked cookies when I pick up my car.🙂
