Shadetree is clean, comfortable and welcoming. The staff is friendly and courteous. Making appointments on-line is very easy and very, very convenient. We actually had a concern within a couple of days of the repair and the staff was very helpful – responding to our emergency message on a Saturday and looking at the car first thing Monday morning. After confirming that everything was ok, the staff apologized for not educating us completely about what to expect concerning normal car “behavior” after the specific repair we had done. Then he shared the pertinent information with us.
