My Ford F-150 (5.4L) went in for a spark plug compression issue along with other repairs. It was quickly diagnosed and repaired ahead of the promised date. Brian was very professional and kept me informed all along the way. I even had some of the recommended work done for preventive maintenance purposes. I was offered a loaner car, so I wasn’t inconvenienced whatsoever. I will definitely have my vehicle serviced there again!
