Shadetree was excellent. Honest and thorough. They were quick to diagnose the issue and then provide me with great feedback that wasn’t pushy or manipulative. They sent a link to my phone where I could look at the full diagnostic report as well as images they provided for the problems. It was clear they had my best interest in mind. They didn’t try to upsell me on anything or any services. They were honest in their feedback and gave me options to make the most critical changes to my vehicle without breaking the bank. Shadetree is my new go to for sure.
