I wish this review would let me type all I would like to type, but it will not not. I will have to limit it to my overall thoughts on my experience with Shadetree Automotive. I was not happy with the way I was treated during the process, and especially during the end of the process. I especially was put off by Russ the Service Writer handled my repairs and the pricing involved with it. I felt like he did not listen or care what I wanted. When it came time for me to pick the car up and pay I spoke with Russ and he kind of made a condescending comment about he wouldn’t even have his guys drive my car, because he thought it was not drive worthy, because I did not do all the repairs he suggested. I was even more put off on the incident that happened with “them” damaging my seat that was already damaged even more, and in Russ’s own words of “it does not matter”. It matters to me! Why would you not take responsibility for a mistake that was made on your end, even if it was to something that was already damaged. Why damage it more? I am less angry at the damage, but rather the way it was handled. Why would you say something like that to a customer? Do you think they are going to want your business in the future? I was not happy or pleased with the way that was handled. They say they pride themselves on “Customer Service”, which I do not feel they extended to me in any way, besides the “free” tow I got for my car and the shuttle service they provided. I did appreciate those things. I wish there was more positive things I could say, but besides the tow and shuttle service I have none.
