Always prompt, friendly. Car loaners are really helpful. I wanted to get winter tires for my wife’s car, there wasn’t a loaner available, but Lisa checked to see when the $70 rebate was finished and instead of just letting it ride and losing the rebate, she found a way to get the car in and get the rebate, much appreciated.
