I made the mistake of taking my van elsewhere for an oil change, but this other place said they weren’t able to remove the filter without breaking something and sent me on my way. I did what I should have done in the first place and left the van with Shadetree. It turns out the other shop had done some damage they didn’t tell me about and a new part needed to be ordered. When the part wouldn’t arrive for a few days, Russ was able to find a work-around and the van was ready to go in plenty of time for my trip. They even ordered and replaced a bulb for me when it turned out even that wasn’t a straightforward process. Shadetree has saved my neck numerous times over the years and have always come through for me, and this was another example of that. I recommend them to everyone who will listen. It’s tough to find someone you know you can rely on, but Shadetree is definitely one of them!
