Love their system of dropping off cars and receiving a report of my vehicle and what needs to be done by priority level. It’s very convenient that it is texted to me in a report so I can discuss it with my husband before we tell them what we would like done. Helps me feel a lot more in control and informed on my own time and not rushed.
