We should have been told in advance that you charge to just give a price quote. We came knowing exactly what was wrong with our car–we did not need any inspection. To be charged $80 so you could tell us what was wrong with our car was a little insane! No other mechanic in the area charged a dime to give us a price estimate which was what we clearly asked for.
