Our advisors love people. They love to interact with them. They love to help them. They spend an average of 48 hours in class each year perfecting customer service and communication skills. They are able to explain repairs in a way that puts customers at ease.
Our advisors will keep you informed throughout the process. When you come to pick your vehicle up, we review the complete repair order one last time with you and the cost is always the exact amount as promised or less!

Brian
Our fearless leader Brian Bassett is the Manager here at Shadetree. He has been in the auto repair industry since the 90’s. Brian grew up with the shop Owner Tom. They have been friends since grade school and have built a trusting relationship over the years. Brian has a background of working for a small independent repair shop, a large corporation Bridgestone/Firestone, owned and sold his own shop in Bountiful and now we are lucky enough to utilize all that experience to grow our team here at Shadetree. Brian and Tom are currently working together to help Brian become the next owner of the business over the next decade.
Brian is married to his amazing wife Megan. They have a beautiful family of four daughters, one son and just recently had their first grand daughter. Outside of work, Brian enjoys taking his kids to competitive soccer, camping, boating, riding ATVs, and going to concerts.

Lisa
Lisa leads our team of amazing service advisers. Lisa has been on our team since 2012 and does an amazing job for us. Any of you that have met her know she is one of the most genuine people you will meet. Lisa does a great job of communicating with her customers which is what makes her one of the top requested service advisers in the office. On top of doing an amazing job as a service adviser, Lisa also plays a huge part in the success of our business by helping Brian and I with many management duties. Payroll, scheduling and fleet management are a few of the many things that would be an absolute mess without Lisa on the team.

Russ
Russ is one of our amazing service advisors and has a great balance of technical knowledge and communication skills. He specializes in Toyota vehicles. He does a fantastic job of helping our customers prioritize vehicle repairs as to what fits their current timeline and budget.

Daniel
Daniel is also one of our service advisers, with a special focus on Honda vehicles. He does a great job of explaining everything good about your vehicle and everything that may have some concerns.
