This place is seriously fantastic, I could not have asked for more in a car repair shop! It was recommended by a friend and I am very glad it was. They took the time to really dig in to find out what the problem was with my vehicle, even keeping it over the weekend to make sure the heard the sound right after it sat a while. They run a full diagnostic telling you what the urgent needs are and what the not so urgent needs are, as well as the details of the repairs that should be made. They send this in a text to you to review then call back to discuss. I felt they were very honest and I loved that they were always communicating with me so I knew what was going on 100% of the time. They gave me the exact prices and told me exactly how much each service would cost. They offered 6 months interest free financing, which we didn’t end up taking advantage of, but the option was nice. The best part was they were able to loan me a vehicle for the time they were looking at and fixing mine, even when they just had it over the weekend when they were closed! It was so convenient not to be left without transportation to pick up kids and get to work! We will definitely be using Shadetree Automotive for all our future family car service needs!
