I have a Ford Edge 2018 and had my battery die. In the process of trying to jump start it, there were some other problems. When I called, I got prompt service and a clear expectation of time frame for repairs. It turned out to be more complicated but I was kept informed of all issues found. In the end, I am satisfied that the repairs were done as quickly as possible and the professional level was top notch. I especially like that I talked to the same person each time and didn’t have to go over the same information repeatedly. They even did some cleaning on the inside of my car because of dust accumulated because my windows were not able to be closed for a few days!
